Covid - 19 : The World would be different ; if we are not indifferent !!

THIS  WORLD  WOULD   BE  DIFFERENT;  IF  WE  ARE  NOT  INDIFFERENT

Covid-19 Pandemic is a Natural Calamity – Disaster – Accident – affecting every corner of the Earth without boundaries.  No Governments or Administrations – whatever big power they are; can do anything in front of this Disease unless and until peoples participation is sought after.  Some idea coming up in our mind is that – the Administrations of all the countries; need to convert every Religious centres in to Healthcare camps.  Every Schools and Colleges should be converted to nearlike-to-hospitals.  Every Halls of ceremonies and congregations to be converted as Kitchens for masses. All private hospitals to be converted as Government hospitals. Well, if need be, special Oridinances to be initiated for this in case  if there is resistance from any quarters.

All over the Earth; there are  Churches, Temples, Mosques, Gurudwars and Buddha Vihars; do have a  sanctom sanctorum as well as congregation halls, huge grounds for gatherings etc.  Leaving alone  the Sanctom Sanctorum of each place; rest of the areas can be used for the public of that region ? Why not ?  Let us keep in mind; if there are no populations to pray; what is the use of above Places ? The dangers are such that; may be complete  populations of villages or even districts may be wiped out if care is not taken.  This seems to be a reality considering huge populations of many under-developed countries,  with very less penetration of healthcare especially in villages.  We need to remember; Earth  is not its cities; but thousands and thousands of villages – many of them still not even  seen or heard about Electricity or Transportation forget about good housing.

Secondly, when lockdowns are continuing – there are people who are in conditions of grave disaster- like daily wage workers, small time shoppers and hand to mouth people and also the common employees of the unorganised sectors – who are deprived of their wages and earnings.  And these people need to be taken care of by Government agencies as well as every Registered Charitity organisations of the land .  All religious organisations can also join in these activities.  Let us not invite ‘starvation’ struggles ?!

Imagine, we are in a spaceship travelling  the Universe.  All are interconnected.  Our destiny is same.   So cooperate with authorities and other agencies who are working  day and night, risking their lives and if you can not help them atleast  dont be a roadblock.  This is not the time to question -  intention and motives of those who are puting body and mind tirelessly to save humanity.  Avoid personal prejudices and politics.  Become a part  of resolution to save humanity.

Last suggestion is a surprise.  Present moment requires a Spiritual Revolution.   Using prayers as weapons.  Let all sorts of prayers be started by each sections.  Let us not argue with the efficcacies  any more.  Let people be urged to do all sorts of prayers so that HOPE AND FAITH IS RESTORED. Goodness is generated. Positivity is promulgated.  And this part has to be played by the Religious Leaders not by the Governments.

Above suggestion stands strong.. (because) only certain months back... some World leaders were pondering over annihiliation of certain countries  all-together.  Only few weeks back Political leaders were making hate speeches against each other.  Whole World was full of poisonous fumes of hate and vengenance ?  Well here is the time to retract all that Vendettas; and start loving each other. Let us consider the great saying : Treat others as we wanted to be treated by them.  Centuries back – many Masters declared  “every living being is one and same” but at varying levels of comprehension.. living under various Forms.   But still we are divided by colors and castes; Religions and Regions.  Look at our World Boundaries everywhere.. but when actually there are no Boundaries.  That is what now the COVID crisis teach us.

Regarding prayers let us clarify little more.  In difficulty,  most of us Pray (or Ask) for Strength,  Clarity,  Wisdom or Guidance to come out succesfully from the  difficult times.  In this hour of grave difficulty imposed by COVID  crisis  let us come together and join in a prayer... an asking.. that come  from our hearts.

Some people will have problem to make prayers...because they may be Ethiests or more intellectual ones or people of non faith.  For them :  Close the eyes... Take a deep beath.... connect with their own self...meditate internally... and ask with faith for the welfare of populations all over the Earth  and to come out of this Pandemic episode ---- as early as possible.

Once again  : Covid 2020 is a  huge calamity or worldwide disaster; that can not be handled or fought by any Governments ... but by the People.

Tail Piece  &  After Thought.

May be I am mad. Or it could be an out of box thinking. Anyway, let me spill it.

Once upon a time; we were ruled by Kings.  Empires were created out of small kingdoms. And before that small Villages were ruled by the Strong of that place sometimes ruthlessly. Muscle power later changed to  various wepon and then to fire power.  Then came the boundaries.  Now a little virus called Covid 19 is destroying the Boundaries; that also explaining us – the humans – uselessness of so called divisions as countries.  This virus is declaring every Human being is one and  making a threat  to  whole civilisations ?  It do not see any Super power or weak Power. Nations or Nationalities is nothing in front of it.  Is it not time, we accept and recognise – Humans everywhere on earth as one Race irrespective of Religions, Languages, Color and Caste.  Perhaps this is the time we need to think about a World Country – say Universal Human Nation – under one World Government – may be we have United Nations  as a proto type which need to be develped in a larger scale.  And every country of today need to be considered as a State of Universal Human Nation.  And these States may be divided better due to their topographical similarities and/or  Languages and/or  Cultures.  Well this could be a reality in the near future; perhaps post Covid crisis.
